Elevated Physical Therapy

A credit card is required to secure appointments. You will not be charged until time of appointment except for virtual appointments. Please note failure to cancel within 24 hrs or no show will result in a $50 fee. In order to meet the individual needs of all our clients, we offer sessions in our private studio or in the gym at Steamboat Fit. All initial evaluations, birth prep and postpartum assessments are in studio.

Initial Evaluation (Your first appointment)

1 hour 15 minutes @ $195.00

Thank you for choosing Elevated Physical Therapy. This is your first appointment where we will discuss your concerns and perform and evaluation and assessment. In this appointment we will determine your plan of care to allow you to meet your goals.

Follow Up session

1 hour @ $165.00

All sessions following your initial evaluation should be booked as follow up sessions.

Thank you for choosing Elevated Physical Therapy! In order to meet all the needs of our clients, we offer sessions in two locations, at our private studio and in the gym at Steamboat Fit. Sessions are in the private studio unless otherwise instructed in your previous session.

Post Partum Assessment

1 hour 15 minutes @ $195.00

The postpartum assessment is a wellness visit recommended to all postpartum women. Rehab can begin as early as 6 weeks postpartum or even years after delivery. Postpartum recovery packages are also available upon request. These appointments are wellness sessions and not covered by insurance.

Birth Prep Session

1 hour @ $165.00

Birth prep sessions are wellness visits comprising of education and personalized guidance to help you prepare your pelvic floor for labor and delivery. These appointments are wellness sessions and cannot be covered by insurance.

Virtual Session

45 minutes @ $125.00

These are wellness sessions for pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum related questions.

Manual Therapy & Dry Needling

30 minutes @ $85.00

These appointments are for individuals with aches and pains which are not significantly impairing any functional activities. In our injury scenes we perform a quick assessment followed by manual therapy such as cupping, dry needling or myofascial release. These appointments are wellness sessions and are not covered by insurance.
